This dark red wine is made with hand-selected fruit from varietals such as merlot, petite sirah, zinfandel, tannat, and others, each bringing something different and unique to the wine. Aged for 17 months in oak barrels, this delicious red wine offers juicy red fruit notes with nice mid-palate weight, pops of raspberry jam, notes of smoky berry, and aromas of vanilla and mocha. With its long, soft finish, this red wine is a favorite for enjoying with friends or as a complement to a nice meal. Pair this full-bodied aged wine with vegetarian stuffed poblano peppers, pulled pork, or Vietnamese-style pork sandwiches, or enjoy a glass of wine on its own. To keep its flavors singing, store this 750 mL bottle of wine at room temperature, then chill it for 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
